Cancellation & Credit Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may cancel their attendance and receive credit provided the cancellation is made prior to the stated cancellation cut-off period.

2. Cancellation Cut-Off

The cancellation cut-off period is 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made after this time are considered late and are not eligible for credit.

3. Package & Subscription Bookings

Tickets purchased using prepaid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically restored to the customer’s package balance or usage allowance when cancelled within the eligible timeframe.

4. Single Class Purchases

All other eligible cancellations will be issued as credit to the customer’s account. Account credit may be applied toward future bookings and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class start time will not be eligible for credit. The session will be forfeited and counted as used.

6. No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling in advance will result in forfeiture of the session, with no credit or refund issued.

7. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. Eligible cancellations are issued as credit only, in accordance with this policy.
